The reason why I chose graffiti as a medium is to express the central idea I want to bring to Chinese high school students, “personality.” According to previous research, I learned that if you want to break the image of your body, you must break out of the “student” frame given to you by the social school. Tattoo is a word that has nothing to do with students, even with a little derogatory meaning, but it gives a great contrast to the identity of the students. They are two words that cannot be connected at all. And the tattoo itself has a strong power to express emotions, which is very suitable for my topic selection.

The tattoo I proposed is not a tattoo on the real skin, but on the surface of the school uniform. In the next step, I want to try to use thermal transfer or tattoo stickers to express my ideas. In addition, my target students can also create their own tattoos, and the location of the tattoos, to stimulate their creativity
